Through years of experience, we have found our processes assists not only our customers, but the fabricator as well, to produce the quickest turn around time. From choosing your material to end installation, read below for our step by step process to your complete stone countertop project.
Knowing what material and/or color you would like for your project, is a good place to start. If you are unsure about the difference in between materials check out the links below to learn more about each product we offer.
The quickest way to get a quote is to submit a drawing of the desired tops with dimensions. You can easily submit a drawing and information by clicking the link below and filling out the form. The more information you provide the more accurate the quote.
Once you are ready to proceed after receiving and approving your quote, as well as placing a deposit, give us a call to schedule a template. At this time we request you have ALL of the information requested on our check list available.
At the scheduled date and time, our templator will arrive at the location of your project to digitally measure all of your tops.
Now that your tops have been templated, the digital drawing moves on to CAD (Computer-aided design). CAD will create a drawing with the EXACT dimensions and specifications previously decided on. This drawing will be sent to you for approval. Once you review the cut sheet, if everything is to your liking, sign it and send it back. If you have changes to make, NOW is the time to make them, any changes will be sent to back to CAD and a new cut sheet will be drafted. Once the cut sheet is signed and sent back fabrication begins.
Fabrication is the process of turning a slab of stone into useable countertops. Stone Inspirations does not sell prefabricated projects, everything is made to your custom specifications. Fabrication takes some time but it is to ensure the best possible quality for your countertops.
Once fabrication nears completion, one of our associates will contact you to set up firm installation date and time.
On the day of installation, we ask that you double check your install check list for the smoothest installation process possible.
